Huda Beauty and Bella Hadid Launch Limited Edition Him’s & Her’s Fragrances to Support Humanitarian Aid for Palestine
New York, NY– Huda Beauty, the globally recognized company, is teaming up with American supermodel and activist Bella Hadid to launch two brand new fragrances to raise humanitarian aid for Palestine. These limited edition scents Shams and Qamar are designed to not only celebrate Middle Eastern scents, but also raise urgent funds for Gaza.
The scents, inspired by the Arabic words for Sun and Moon, are housed in sleek bottles of silver and gold. Qamar, the perfume for her combines notes of sandalwood, amber, jasmine and tonka, while the masculine Shams, blends leather, pine and oud for a unique and grounding scent. “This is one of my favorite collaborations I have ever done, and working with Bella has been a dream. Her creativity and drive for justice is a breath of fresh air and I am so proud of what we have created here. I hope everyone loves it as much as we do,” says Kattan.
This partnership is extremely heartfelt for both Kattan and Hadid, as they both share Middle-Eastern roots, deep love of advocacy, and commitment for justice. “Palestine is my home, and everything I do is in honor of my country and identity. This launch is a call for compassion, and a way to use our platform for real change,” states Hadid.
All net proceeds will be donated to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine to provide lifesaving aid to those affected in Gaza, including food, water, emergency shelter and medical supplies.
The limited edition fragrances will be available exclusively at HudaBeauty.com beginning June 1st, and retail at $150 USD each.
